‘Rôti’ Potato


  • Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Mediterranean seasoning (Vegeta)
  • Red pepper flakes


Wash the potatoes, pat dry them with a paper towel and place them in a bigger plate. Make cuts on the top and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and Mediterranean seasoning.

Grease the roasting pan with butter and transfer the potatoes. Bake at 200 degrees C for 45 min or util softened. Put them on a plate and sprinkle them with red pepper flakes and serve.
