‘Fitness’ Brownies


  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter


Blend the bananas, coconut oil , honey, vanilla and salt in a blender. Put the mixture in a bowl and add the flour and the cocoa powder. Whisk until fully incorporated.

Grease the pan with coconut oil and add the cocoa powder on the bottom of the pan before you add the mixture. Add the peanut butter on top and bake at 180 degrees C for 25 – 30 min. Slice and serve.
